TRAVELOGUE

Day 1 / Tuesday
Frankfurt
Arrival in Munich and transfer to your hotel. The rest of the day is free to explore at your leisure. At first glance, Frankfurt impresses visitors with its modern skyscrapers, but a close-up look reveals a charming and pleasant city.

Day 2 / Wednesday
Frankfurt - Rüdesheim/Cruise/St. Goar - Cologne
In the morning you travel to Rüdesheim and enjoy a sightseeing tour of the historic city center before boarding the boat. Today’s cruise follows the most picturesque stretch of the Rhine, the Lorelei valley. After disembarking in St. Goar you continue to Cologne.

Day 3 / Thursday
Cologne - Hamburg
After breakfast we depart for Hamburg. Upon arrival you enjoy a sightseeing tour of the city on the Elbe River. Hamburg is known for its elegant historic boulevards, impressive port and famous St. Pauli neighborhood.

Day 4 / Friday
Hamburg - Berlin
In the morning you have time to relax or explore the city. In the afternoon you travel to Berlin.

Day 5 / Saturday
Berlin
In the morning you will have the opportunity to visit Berlin’s many well known historic locations, like Under den Linden avenue, remnants of the Berlin Wall and the Brandenburg Gate. There will also be time to explore the modern parts of the city, such as the German Parliament and Potsdam Square. The afternoon is free to explore at your leisure.

Day 6 / Sunday
Berlin - Potsdam - Berlin - Dresden
After breakfast we travel to Potsdam. The city is set on a natural island surrounded by tributaries and channels of the Havel River. Visit the Sanssouci palace and park. With more than 300 hectares, this lovely park features hundreds of species of plants and trees. In the afternoon you travel by high speed train from Berlin to Dresden. Transfer to the hotel.

Day 7 / Monday
Dresden
After breakfast, you enjoy a private sightseeing tour of the city. Located on the Elbe River, Dresden is one of the most beautiful cities in Germany. Although the city was badly damaged by allied air raids in World War II, it has managed to restore and preserve much of its historic architecture. The afternoon is free to explore at your leisure.

Day 8 / Tuesday
Dresden - Frankfurt
After breakfast transfer to the train station where you board the high speed train that will take you from Dresden to Frankfurt Airport.

During holidays, conferences and special events, accomodation may only be available outside the city. Excursions and tours are usually not affected by these events.
