TRAVELOGUE

Day 1: Zurich - Luzern
Transfer to the train station in Zurich. Travel by train to Luzern, one of the most charming cities in Switzerland and the gateway to central Switzerland on the shore of Lake of the Four Cantons. Transfer to your hotel and overnight stay.

Day 2: Luzern – William Tell Express - Andermatt
Today begins with a first class tour on an historic steamboat (William Tell Express), across the blue waters of Lake of the Four Cantons. In Flüelen we disembark and board the panoramic Gotthard train that will take us through the fabulous Schöllen gorge to Andermatt. Overnight stay.

Day 3: Andermatt – Airolo (Gotthard stagecoach) – Locarno
Today you set out on an unforgettable trip by horse-drawn stagecoach over the Gotthard mountain pass. The route travels through spectacular scenery. After we cross the pass, the windy road descends to Airolo. In Airolo we board the train to complete our tour to Locarno, on the shore of famous Lake Maggiore. Overnight stay.

Day 4: Locarno- Centovalli train (Italy) – Zurich
Board the Centovalli train in Locarno for a romantic and scenic ride through gorgeous valleys, as far as Domodosolla in Italy. Change trains and return to Zurich via Berner Oberland.
